For as long as I can remember, I have loved the outdoors, nature and adventure. I grew up in the South East suburbs of Melbourne and spent a great deal of my childhood camping with my family in spots such as Phillip Island, The Grampians and Wilson’s Prom. I remember constantly playing outside with the local neighbourhood kids and going on many bike rides with my dad. Some of my fondest memories are from my childhood and I look back on them with happiness. My love for the outdoors has grown as I have grown up and I have been left with an uncontrollable desire to travel, explore and see as much of the world as I can.
After graduating from University in 2014, I became a Primary School teacher and I have spent the last two and a bit years happily teaching. Recently I have decided to combine my love for teaching, travel, writing and photography and move to London for a year in 2018. With nothing holding me back or tying me down here in Melbourne, I feel like now is the right time. I am excited for the challenge and adventure ahead, and can’t wait to share my stories with you.
I hope my travel adventures and tips are useful and inspiring!
